Returning the product is unnecessary in this case. If you would like a refund for a defective product, contact us within 14 days of the product’s arrival via email.

※Please understand that we cannot accept any defective products that meet the following conditions.

  • Products that have exceeded 14 days from arrival
  • Used product
  • In instances where the order and the recipient is different, excluding instances where the product is defective

  • Email
  • Product name and number
  • Defective area (Please indicate with a photo in the case of a damaged product etc.)
  • Order number (It is written in the order confirmation email sent)

2: We will guide you through the refund process as soon as we have confirmed the email.
