Shipping and Costs
Delivery carrier: EMS, JAPAN POST ( International e-packet ), DHL, UPS, FedEx
Shipping Times: Delivery in 12-15 business days
*It is not possible to combine multiple orders after the order is confirmed.
*Please consider the above average number of days as a guide. The delivery date is unpredictable as it depends on the air cargo operation status, especially the customs inspection status of both countries. Please note that we cannot guarantee the number of days until arrival.
On our website, Ordered products will be delivered directly to the location specified by the international courier service.
Delivery time is within 2-3 business days after ordering. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Japan distribution center. Visit the Track your order section to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

Cancellation
We can not accept returns / cancellations for your convenience after all orders.
Return and Exchange
We will exchange for a new product if you can contact us within 14 days after the product arrives only if there is an initial defective product and damage.
In addition, we will pay the return shipping fee due to initial failure and damage.
The sizes listed are basically flat measurements, and some errors may occur. Depending on the monitor and display environment you are viewing, the actual product may look different in color and texture.
